大家處理事情方便,自然就會努力把事情做好. 做好事情的前提就是要信任大家,在信任的前提下應該要給大家方便.
最近處理行政機關核銷有感而法,辦理活動的工讀生薪水不能代墊. 而必須要請他們填表等學校下個月或下下個月撥款. 還真的不知道要去哪裡找願意兩個月後領薪水的場地工讀生,於是只能找自己的朋友或學弟,但是這樣一來就把不應該當工讀生的人拿去當工讀生~ 專職人力的薪水和工讀生的薪水可是不能一起比較的.
當一個平台效率太低,或許就是應該要換平台的時候了.
If you can not measure it, you can not improve it.
It is the basic rule when we try to carry out a plan. In 2011, there are a leadership training workshop hosted by ISOC in Colombo in May. In the workshop, our lecturer try to training us to help us carry out our plans in local chapter. One of the most important ideas that Peter told us is – “If you can not measure it, you can not improve it.”
Before we leave Colombo , most of us figure out the measurable plan by ourself.
I set the target to promote the ISOC.Taipei and network in university. By the promotion activities , we can share the ISOC vision with young students and group the volunteers .By my original idea, we should achieve the following results.
